Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015

This is the full version of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). ESSA amended and reauthorized several parts of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), including the McKinney-Vento Act. The McKinney-Vento provisions under the “Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015,” (ESSA) took effect on October 1, 2016.
