Supporting Students in Temporary Housing-Identification & Eligibility
Homelessness creates significant educational barriers for children and youth. Students experiencing temporary housing lack basic resources that impact their ability to attend and succeed in school. The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act provides the necessary benefits and supports to overcome educational barriers. This webinar will support McKinney-Vento Liaisons in the identification of students experiencing homelessness and in the determination of eligibility for services
